What is your Return & Refund policy?

BlushBee Organic Beauty  products are non-returnable due to hygiene and personal care nature of the product. We want your BlushBee products to make you look and feel your best. We encourage you to contact us with any product related questions before placing the order.

BlushBee Organic Beauty Return Policy is implied only where there is transit damage (or) do not match the order placed. Cases where the shipment not accepted at the Time of Delivery (or) your package is undeliverable due to wrong delivery address / Contact details in order form (or) your package cannot be delivered due to door lock / non-availability of person to accept the delivery after multiple attempts, will be considered discretionary return and attract Rs 100/- for shipment / logistics partners charges. This policy applies even if your order was originally sent to you via FREE shipping.

Cancellation

Orders once placed and processed through BlushBee Organic Beauty shopify online store cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be made once an order has been successfully processed and handed over to our Delivery partners / order is already in transit.
